At Alzea India, we prioritize customer satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to a need for cancellations. However, our processes involve significant time, effort, and resources, which are dedicated to each candidate's application. To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, we have outlined our detailed cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Process
- Pre-Application Stage:
- If a candidate wishes to cancel their application before any processing has begun, they may do so without any penalties. This stage includes the period before the candidate has submitted their application and before any payment has been made.
- To initiate a cancellation at this stage, the candidate must contact our customer support either via email or phone, providing their details and reason for cancellation. Upon verification, the cancellation will be processed, and a confirmation email will be sent to the candidate.
- Post-Application Submission:
- Once a candidate has submitted their application and payment has been made, the process of evaluation and processing begins almost immediately. Given the customized nature of our services, cancellations at this stage are generally not permitted.
- If an exceptional situation arises, candidates can submit a written request for cancellation. This request will be reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis. However, it is important to note that cancellations at this stage are highly unlikely to be approved due to the resources already allocated to the candidate's application.
Conditions for Cancellation
- Time-Sensitive Services:
- Some services provided by Alzea India are time-sensitive, and once initiated, they cannot be halted without affecting the overall outcome. In such cases, cancellation is strictly not allowed after the initiation of the process.
- Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, Alzea India reserves the right to modify or cancel services. In such cases, our team will communicate promptly with the candidate and provide alternative solutions where possible.
