Refund Policy

At Alzea India, we prioritize providing high-quality services for students and professionals. To ensure transparency, we have outlined a clear refund policy based on specific scenarios. Please read through these policies carefully before engaging with our services.

  • Unforeseeable Events (Force Majeure):
    No refunds will be provided for any external, uncontrollable events beyond Alzea India’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events that impact the delivery of our services.
  • Late Withdrawal:
    Refunds will not be granted if the student withdraws after seven days of making the First Payment, after receiving an internship offer, or after commencing any online program from Alzea India. The resources allocated and work initiated during this time prevent us from offering any reimbursement.
  • Missed Deadlines:
    It is crucial to meet all deadlines for submitting required documents. If the student fails to provide necessary paperwork within the specified timeline, resulting in the cancellation of their internship, no refund will be granted.
  • DREETS Rejection:
    If DREETS denies approval for the internship, Alzea India may suggest another internship, but we are under no obligation to arrange an alternative internship placement. If the student decides to withdraw from the process at this point, no refund will be provided.
  • Premature Termination:
    Once the student arrives in the host country, no refunds will be provided if they decide to cancel their participation in the internship or program.
  • Contract Breach:
    In the event the student breaches any part of this Agreement, fails to attend scheduled language classes, or if their language competency is deemed inadequate, no refunds will be offered.
  • Hotel Contract Breach:
    Should the student terminate their contract with the host hotel without Alzea India’s prior approval and be required to vacate, no refund will be provided.
  • For French Classes:
    Once registered for Fluentzea French classes, the fee is non-refundable. This policy ensures that resources allocated to language training are properly accounted for.
  • For Study Abroad & Study Trips:
    Payments for Study Abroad and Study Trip programs must be made in full prior to the start of the program. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Post-Arrival Cancellation:
    If the student cancels their participation in the internship or program after arriving in the host country, no refunds will be provided.
  • Contract Compliance:
    Should the student breach their contract with the host hotel without Alzea India’s approval, resulting in their removal from the accommodation, no refund will be granted.
  • Relocation: After the student has begun their internship in France, relocation is not permitted unless Alzea India reviews the case and decides otherwise. If Alzea India approves the relocation, an additional fee of 500 euros will apply.
Eligible Refunds:
  • First Payment:
    Students are eligible for a refund of the First Payment minus the registration fee if they withdraw within seven days of payment, provided that no internship offer has been received and no online programs have been started.
  • payment reflects 5-7 days in student account or original  payment method
  • Visa Rejection:
    In the case of a visa application rejection, students are entitled to a 50% refund of the Third Payment. This allows some compensation for services rendered, while acknowledging the final decision on visa approvals rests with immigration authorities.
  • Unsuccessful Search:
    If Alzea India cannot present a first internship proposal within three months after receiving all necessary documents, and the search process is terminated, the student will receive a full refund.
Agreement to Terms

By making the First Payment, clients acknowledge and accept all the terms outlined in this refund policy. Alzea India reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, with any updates communicated to existing clients in a timely manner.
